“A faulty table was first delivered to me, the delivery team assembled it without demo-ing to me how to use the controller, just wanted to ask me sign and they want to leave. I asked for demo, then only he tried to show me the buttons, and realised the table can rise to 100cm but cannot bring it down. So he left me with a faulty desk at 100cm, and did NOTHING to rectify or help me. He said it's not his problem, ask me to call Omnidesk myself. He didnt even TRY to do any troubleshooting like entering Reset mode or anything, he just want to run out. I called Omnidesk, and they sounded lik it's ok and will send another team down to fix it for me. Another team came on another day to replace the controller but the table still wouldn't work. They said they need to check with the office again as they didn't have any spare parts with them to fix it either. On a 3rd occasion after waiting for a whole day, the 3rd team finally came at 6.30pm, despite me telling them I can only make it before 5pm, I will not be home at 6.30pm, so they left.. and asked me to call Omnidesk to reschedule again. This lasted a whole week and I am STILL waiting for them to fix my faulty table now.”
“Awesome! 180cm OmniDesk fits my 27” iMac, 2 DELL square monitors (on Prism arms), SurfacePro, MacBookPro, bulky Epson printer/scanner & I’ve still room to write. Was worried the castors wouldn’t be able to move all that weight but it does it well. Love the wood - Thanks Aiman of OmniDesk at Suntec for your help & patience in explaining the differences between wood/desks!”
