“Bought an Omnidesk Zero in early September and got it about 2 weeks plus later (due to backorder). Prior to delivery, Omnidesk contacted me to arrange for delivery. Everything was smooth and fuss-free.
Upon delivery, the delivery guys assembled the table quickly, all within 15 minutes. The desk is extremely solid and beautiful, and I am very satisfied with it! It is now a much more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing work + leisure station for me.
One commendation I would like to extend to the Omnidesk team is their service. I ordered a power clamp which came along with the delivery. A day later after the desk was assembled, I realised that one of the sockets in the power clamp was not working properly (not able to fit in the 3-pin plug fully). I contacted Omnidesk team on this issue and they were very responsive and patient with my questions. After clarifying on the issue, Omnidesk team promptly did a 1-to-1 exchange for the power clamp. Thanks again Omnidesk!”
“I have to state that this is the 2nd time I am submitting review as my 1st review mysteriously never showed up on this website. And now I doubt if even this one will.
1. Delivery was timely as per stated
2. However assembling this on my own was a nightmare. The manual provided was not detailed and didn't clarify certain alignments to keep in mind when assembling. As a result, I reached the final stages of assembly only to realize I did the basic assembly wrong. I also tried to look for a video tutorial (was not easy to find on the website) which was even worse than the paper manual. The video literally was jumping sections.
The table is of decent quality.”
