“Overall was fine, except the delivery service that took around 9 days to send. OMG!! I believe the part s that I chose are not custom made but it took me 7days to receive a call to arrange the schedule.
About the product, no doubt. Quality perfect, after sales service also very nice. All these has covered the delivery issue to me.
I would say, if you are rushing to get your table, maybe you could just go to warehouse and make your order. Probably will be faster? Maybe.
For those people who concern about the wobbly part. As long as you not lift it until Max, 128cm. Unless you are 2m tall. Maybe I would suggest you get their latest model Ascent. Any height that below 120cm. I will just fine. Stable like rock.”
“Table itself is fine but Omnidesk delivered the wrong table top (ordered ergo curve, received standard). I informed the Omnidesk team of this issue over a week ago and they only got back to me a couple days ago - and still have no processed any refunds or returns, despite claiming they get back to customers within 24 hours. I have been following up every day and have gotten just 1 noncommittal email reply. Terrible customer service - Omnidesk simply needs to do better here given they have a good reputation and product”
“The products are good and that's is the reason we keep ordering as the team grow. Been using Omnidesk since 2019 and this is our 3rd order, the only issue is that the details are not cleared enough for someone who have not ordered Omnidesk before as my staff actually once ordered a desk that is not raisable with the same product name that we have ordered 2 yrs ago. Delivery was cleared but it would be nice if the staff don't gossip as I can understand Malay.”
“Loving my new set up!
I was using an IKEA table prior to purchasing the Omni Desk Pro 2020. It was a good upgrade indeed.
