“My table was delivered very quickly within a few days even though it was peak sale period. The delivery team also assembled the table very quickly within 15 minutes. Table quality is excellent. Overall service has been wonderful. 10/10 will recommend! :)”
“Customer service is 4/5 as the sales team answered all my questions but were very robotic. Could do with being a bit more friendly and relaxed. Quality is the product is good but the centre cable hole cover could be small to accommodate thicker cables. The logistic team has to do better. Really robotic like the sales team. “Table is durable, and not that difficult to assemble by myself, only concern was that the cable raceway was a little smaller than expected, and I could not fit both my extension cable and plug in it and instead opted for using double sided tape to secure it to the side.
Also just today in fact, I realized that next to the height controls there is a USB port, which I suppose will be decent to charge a phone, but unfortunately my device comes with a type c to type c cable, so I will not be able to use it without a new cable, perhaps that is something to consider in the future?
One thing I did think of when assembling the table was that having the cable from the extension cable just hang looked really unsightly, I solved it by using a loosely held cable mount to help make it not hang but still loose enough to allow the table to move. Perhaps a future version or perhaps upgrade can resolve that? Perhaps a cable inside the leg which can connect to a plug with plugs somewhere under the table? I feel that it would make it more aesthetically pleasing
