“I'm OCD so when it arrived, I checked every inch of the table and legs, around and under. Not a single scratch or dent. Loved that. I highly recommend paying for the team to assemble at your place. They work so fast, that they will be in and out in 20mins max. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Great experience and of course a great product.”
“Overall, it was a horrendous experience for me. Sharing here to warn others. In short, not worth the price, bad service. Table will bend/wrap when I lean my elbow on it. Will shake at both min and max height, just more or less only.

Ordered from shopee table and assembly.
Kept messaging about adding castor wheels to order. Until the day before delivery still no news. Then have to chase again until they send link to buy. The link can’t process credit card, so have to use paynow. Very troublesome.
Delivery: 5th August
Not sure if they botched the assembly or the table legs had problem out of the box. There’s a huge gap between table top and right leg, hence the left and right leg is not align. Bottom cover was bent due to them forcing the wires inside. Had to keep calling the hotline and keep sending email cos they claim never receive email. Tried to contact them via shopee app also. Reply is super slow.
Inspection: 10th August
They came down to check even though I have already sent them photos and videos of problem. Tried to smoke me to say it looks same as other tables they assembled, but it’s so obvious it’s a major problem.
Replacement: 19th August
Even though I told them in email that I wanted a full replacement, including tabletop incase it has wrapped due to the botched assembly, they only came with replacement legs. Can’t believe it took them 14days to replace. And could have been longer if I didn’t call and chase again.
I had to waste 3 mornings to settle this issue. Time I could have used to do work or rest or play. My room is in a mess cos I can’t throw my old table while waiting for replacement. Have to keep setting up and tearing down my PC when they check the table. No compensation whatsoever for the trouble caused. I paid extra for assembly so that I can avoid such issues, maybe they should refund me the assembly fees.
When my secretlab chair had a minor issue, they came and did a one to one replacement, no questions asked, and assembled the replacement even though I didn’t pay for assembly. What a stark contrast. I’ll never buy from omnidesk or aftershock again. Buy from secretlab in future.”
“The finishing and quality is very good, though I wish if it could be more affordable. Though I did not opt for the curve edge table top, surprisingly the edge of the normal table top is not sharp as it has been trimmed with a tiny slight curve, quite comfortable to rest my arm on it. No more excuse to fall asleep after lunch as I could stand and continue with my work :)”
