Had a factory defect on the Lift that I got (the holes for the legs were placed on the wrong side of the plane) - they replied to my email on the same time, got the replacement order processed immediately and received the replacement the next day!
The installation instructions could be more idiot proof. I had trouble installing the desk and had to undo a few things because of me misreading the instructions.”
