“The salesperson ordered an incorrect table top for me initially then canceled the order and made a new one later. Due to cancellation the voucher amount is only refund partially. Nevertheless, Omnidesk didn’t seem to acknowledge this is due to their mistake and after few months it’s still not made right. Very disappointed with the service, and don’t think they are demonstrating empathy and treating customer fairly.”
