“Had to do a 1-to-1 replacement twice. Still waiting on them for the second replacement. Hopefully there wouldn't be a third time. The first time was because the screws were unable to be screwed into the pre-drilled hole in the tabletop. Second time was because the setup was unsteady and one of the pre-drilled hole was drilled in a way that the screw can only be screwed in at an angle rather than straight in. Very disappointed as the price was relatively high for a desk riser.”
