Unfortunately, the chair reclines a littlel, and the 5 lockable positions do not seem to function. I'm unsure if I may be using it incorrectly, but I’ve followed the instructions carefully and it still doesn’t work as advertised.
Could you kindly confirm:
If there’s a specific way to activate the recline and lock positions?
If not functioning properly, would it be possible to arrange for an exchange?”
