“When I bought the castors about 2 years ago, OMNIDESK fixed for me my desk. When it broke two years later, I bought a replacement of the same castors from OMNIDESK but the bolt was tightly screwed to the base of the table. I asked for a video on how to replace it but OMNIDESK couldn't provide one.”
