“I purchased my desk and was setting it up with my Pc to only find the empower power plug was having sever current leakage. It shorted and blown my display plus also gave me electric shocks, thank god my children did not get near the table. When I contacted customer service, key insisted their products are surge protected and tested and yada yada and said they will just change 1 to 1 or refund me for the plug . Nothing else , where is your responsibility to make sure this does not happen ? What would omnidesk do if someone got electrocuted , hospitalised or died ? So who is going to compensate for my blown display ? I feel omnidesk is not responsible in attending to customers and you really need to improve you customer service. It’s always that same guy answering the calls , replying emails and chatting ? Suprise Omnideks only have Mabe 1 or 2 customer service officers . Don’t bother calling, no one is going to answer and they will call you back 2 days later. Very disappointing and very again I’m going to buy or support a product from your company”

“I love the quality and design. The staff who assist in the installation of table was good. However, my kid incidentally press a number which resulted in the table going lower and hit the arm chair. The table didn't have auto stop function. So just a flaw on this. Other than that, item and quality of product is great. Will recommend!”
