“I am curious to know if your offer for the extended warranty was genuine? I bought 2 desks, applied for the.Extended warranty for both, posted on IG, did as per instruction AND WAS REJECTED.
I tried again on IG and was rejected again.
Is the offer genuine? If not don’t waste our time or is it you just need people to post the set up for you for free?

“The quality of the wood is great. Motor works well too. I think it’s fast enough even though I didn’t get the ascent as I didn’t want to wait for the preorder. Assembly is free with wildwood collection hence very fussfree and great service from them. Was contacted before delivery is made and everything was well explained before delivery man left.”
“The omnidesk wildwood+ series do look gorgeous, but it seems like the quality and built of the table is poor. When I sweep my hand across, I can feel that the table feels bumpy, and the finishing of the table is kind of rough, and not smooth. I had contact support, and they had came for 2 replacement, yet I still find defects on the table, etc. knocks. I have given up, there is no point to do any exchanges of all the table top came like that. Speaking of “Premium” tabletop well, the service and responsiveness of the support team is great though.”
