“I am a monthly subscriber. My last monthly order that was filled on April 13th was not accurately fullfilled. I contacted customer service by phone and email on April 24th and I made numerous attempts in recent days and Root Brands customer are not responding to return my calls. I benefit from the products, yet they are refusing to take corrective action to fullfill the products that I ordered through an ongoing monthly subscription. I find the customer service of Root Brands in fulfilling obligations very discouraging in resolving matters in which they created. Not Good!”
