“I found the instruction to download the key to be confusing. It looked like you had to purchase the software again to use. The person I contacted to get better instructions, explained how to get the key and software. It was an easy install once he pointed me in the right direction. Very happy with the way everything worked as explained in the instructions. Excellent Teck help. Will be getting one more Office for our 2nd computer.”
