“The product I ordered, Quickbooks 2024 with Enhanced Payroll turned out to not have a payroll key which was the reason I purchased the software from Software Kings. After a few back and forth emails explaining the problem, Software Kings offered a full refund because they said it was mislabled and should only be "+ Payroll". So, I didn't get the software I ordered but they refunded my payment fully. Disappointed, but they did the right thing.”
