“It's very good quality stuff. I have bought herbs/spices from a few different suppliers, and always find the stuff i buy from thespicepeople is always aromatic/fresh. Most important thing i look at when judging the quality of a herb/spice is what it physically looks like, and most importantly the aroma because aroma = flavour.
The only critique i could give for anything i bought is their star anise, which i bought because the one i bought from someone else was bland. Thespicepeople star anise is definitely much better quality, exploding with aroma, but it wasn't ground fine and has alot of specs/ tiny pieces which is not what i want for what i am cooking (fried chicken). Other kinds of cooking it wouldn't really matter.”
