“Green cardamom pods have always been my favourite of all Indian Spices, and I am well known to put them in my curries even when not called for!
As soon as I received these in the mail, I opened them immediately, and yes, the aroma is out of this world. I am absolutely thrilled with them, and then proceeded to open my four other spices and inhaled them one by one. They are all fabulous, and today, my lamb curry begins!!
