might be, but it was heavenly. I was determined to use this, so a google
search led me to your website where I quickly found vadouvan, a great
description, and ordered some. Joy! I have since made a delicious
cauliflower purée with vadouvan, and a very old Fashioned ‘coronation
chicken’ using vadouvan. Wow! Everyone in the family just loved the
