“we haven't prepared the meals in order, but have used the meals as a varied selection for evening meals since we received the spice-packs. The ingredients are excellent, well balanced and flavoursome. Perhaps just a little pedestrian, (Greek Gyros & Italian herbs?) it would have been great to have seen the inclusion of some of the Australian Native herbs and spices you stock - Lamb spiced with Pepper berries, Aus Mint & Thyme and saltbush perhaps. A crushed mix of these herbs would have been very exciting. We are not sure how they would blend into one-pack but we have used these herbs/spices in preparation of our own recipes. Some recipes from your kitchen using combinations of these Aus ingredients would be excellent.”
