“So far, it's amazing. My 11-year-old daughter is not the kind of kid that scooters in a park or on a sidewalk, she just does it around our rural property on concrete surfaces. But man does she do everything she possibly can to damage her scooter while using it. Banging it around, leaping off of it while it's still moving so it crashes. We wanted a scooter that could last her for a few years, as our previous ones only lasted 6 months or so before a wheel came off or something. A mom friend who's son is a semi pro scooting kid suggested this one. First, gotta say that the customer service was amazing. It shipped missing some pieces, so I contacted the company and they got right on it and fixed the problem immediately. Like within less than a week. Really amazing. Once pieces arrived and I put it together (only took about 10 min with the help of my toddler. Without it would have taken about 5 min), my kid took it outside for an hour, and by the time she came back inside some of the black on the scooter had already worn off- that's how hard she is on scooters. She probably dragged it across our driveway or something. But, it's been extremely durable and she loves it. Like it says in the instructions, we've had to tighten it a bit after the first few hours of use (for her it was like an hour but that's because she probably threw it across the lawn for some reason), but once that was tightened, it has only been amazing. She loves it. I love it. My pocketbook loves it. Highly recommend this scooter and working with this company”
