“I bought the scooter for my son’s “gotcha “day gift. After I gave it to him it was about a week when the back wheel started feeling loose. When he tried to tighten it he realized the bolt was stripped. We sent a message to vault and when we didn’t hear back he continued to ride the scooter because he loves it. Two days later the axle completely broke. We have not heard anything back from vault about this issue.”
