“I originally ordered the RAWmon trucks, but they broke immediately from poor manufacturing on blackrivers end. I couldn’t use them, and started getting nervous, because I’ve never had to return a product somewhere. The Vault was absolutely amazing in their response, and quickly exchanged mine for a new (working, haha) pair. TVPS was more than courteous and understanding, helping me through the return process.
The trucks themselves (silver/silver 34mm) have been performing great for a couple of months now, and I’m stoked I ended up w/ the color I did.
