“Hello, the wheels look great and ride nice after quite a few adjustments; though a very small issue is caused when the wheels are installed onto a different brand scooter such as lucky, envy, etc. and the wheels make a loose noise when you tap them on the ground with them attached to the scooter. This is at a certain angle from the side, and when you land on the side or near it makes a metal bashing sort of sound, every once and a while. This is in affect until you tighten the wheel extremely well. Maybe consider trying to put the wheels on a different brand scooter and see what's wrong with them, then making an adjustment. Just my opinion, everything else was spot on though.”
