“You sent me a request about the “Free Unlimited Return” I recently purchased with my last purchase (a scooter deck). I honestly did not notice this was chosen until my order had been placed- apparently it must have been a preselected option. While I’m glad I didn’t have to worry about return shipping if we chose not to gift the deck we bought I did not actively select this, nor do I even know if this free return is for just that specific order or if it good for an entire year, dollar amount, etc. it just feels sneaky and like I was somewhat scammed in the process for a few extra bucks. It should be something a customer has to actively order vs an automatic purchase.”
