“I actually bent these somehow taking off one of the wheel nuts for the first time and still unsure how it even happened... Luckily I was able to perfectly straighten it back out and can't even tell which one it was now that it's on a board and performing great. Love these trucks and this was my third set. Shoutout to Joycult also, I actually emailed them about the hangar bending, but got worried they wouldn't belive me and just fixed it, before I had heard back. Then they got back to me and were willing to replace the hangar. I didn't need to exchange it anymore but it's good to know they stand behind their product and were willing to help. Will continue to buy more sets.”
