Recently I have bought 2 Throw Over Luggage System bags, I went out for a ride just before Christmas with one strapped to my bike, not full or overloaded. When I returned home I found three tears beside the stitching along the zip, each one about 50mm long. The bag was not overloaded, it was like the material was thin and threadbare! My wife carefully repaired them and put some reinforcing patches in. Just thought I'd let you know, the second bag I have given as a present!”
