“The true test of any suppliers is when things are not as expected.
I ordered from an Australian supplier as I gives me more security if things are not quite right.
My indicators arrived but one was only operating on half the leds.
I contact Third gear and they suggested I check the problem light in a different way and it was still found to not work properly.
Third Gear sent a replacement which they had tested and now my motorcycle looks as good as I expected and the indicators work perfectly.
I have no hesitation in recommending Third Gear as a supplier.”
“The first lot of lights I purchased, the lease cap fell off within 10km's of riding. I purchased another set that when arrived after 6 weeks, had the lease caps glued in so can't be removed at all but Third gear would not replace under warranty or offer any kind of assistance. Really crap service and poor product backing.”
