“The bar risers worked great. The adjustable slots created room for different different hole center spacings. The only problem was that some of the chroming on the bolt threads came off on one bolt and caused the bolt to jam in the thread hole. This was a problem as the thread was damaged slightly after I managed to get the bolt out. Tapping the bolt hole and running a thread die nut over the other bolt threads fixed the issue.”
“Sorry guys, but not impressed with the quality of these bar risers. They have a plated or painted finish, rather than a polished or mill finish, with uneven bumps here and there on the internal faces. The bolts are very ordinary - cheap chrome-plated items - not good. Most of the spacer blocks aren't flat - they're slightly thicker in the middle than at the ends where the bolt holes are, so they rock slightly and have gaps between them when they're stacked together. Overall - 5 out of 10.”
