“The odd issue with these bars is they seem to be thicker than 22mm or 7/8". I say that because even with my clutch assembly totally undone, the bars were a struggle to fit down the hole - I had to 'see saw' them down the bar, leaving a zigzag scratch in the surface paint through to the bare metal, which may shorten the life of the bars. Your bike might not have that issue.”
