“Seams to take a long time to get your product. I tried to track the shipping and it sent me to a App. i needed to download! No thanks. How ever it seems to be a great product. We have a fleet of 50 vehicles and 182 pieces of equipment and your pruduct is in many of them.”

Grant...first off, thank you for being a good customer! I see you ordered this cover on May 6, and we shipped it on May 14. In stock orders typically ship the next day, but this one was made to order. I'm not sure why UPS took a week to get it to you, though; it's normally a 4-day transit time to you. Sorry about the tracking issue, you can track it with the UPS tracking number, but if you accidentally hit the "track with shop" button, it would ask you to install the shop app.

“Well made, and a good fit, although, on my application, a (2016 CAT 314E) excavator, the cover for the backrest needed two access holes for seat controls.”
