“I wrote a review but then discovered you were using a thrid party for the review service. I liked the "Mom and Pop" nature of your company but soured after reading the disclaimers. Please review your use of "Anonymous." Websters and Oxford both say "unknown" and "not identified." Y'all have created a special meaning for your convenience that is not in line with the normal and customary use of the word, and it is deceptive. The last company I worked for played this same game with employee feed back forms. They emphasized that submissions were "anonymous" but sent you an email if you did not send one in and and harrassed your supervisor if they did not badger you until they received your "anonymous" form.”
