“First off the communication from Tigertough has been outstanding. I was contacted promptly about the delivery schedule and the seat cover were delivered early. The back seat covers fit perfectly. I did have some issues with the front seat covers. The driver seat on the Lariat has a tilt motor that underneath and I couldn't pass the return flap over the top as there is a cable in the way. Also, the Lariat has rear seat pockets and i was expecting there to be a slit in the back of the covers to accomodate the pockets but there was none. That has been my experience with every other seat cover that I have ordered. In order to get pockets, they need to be ordered as an option with the seat cover as they are sewn in on the back. I also expected to receive a center console cover which has been pretty standard for seat covers that I have bought in the past. I think the website could be clearer on these points. Tigertough did come through with a center console cover and is working to fix my rear seat pocket issue. So customer service has been outstanding! And while everything is tailored well, there is still some wrinkling as the fabric is not very stretchy. I think if the bottom seat cusion had seams for the bolsters like the back cushion, it would fit and look better. I understand that might compromise some of the waterproofness so maybe it could be offered as an option. Overall the fabric is very comfortable to sit on for long drives and works very well with the heated seats. The covers were easy to install and hold in place well. I expect these to last a very long time and be very functional.”
