“To be honest I was disappointed in the covers. They don’t even cover the whole seat. That doesn’t cut it for people that actually work and get dirty. Then when I went to return them I got a snarky comment about how I ordered the wrong one. I did purchase the right one the customer service representative clearly just wasn’t educated in their own products. Great marketing sure fooled me.”

Hey, Brian...I just took a look at your order, and it looks like you selected "2018 Subaru Crosstrek" when you were looking up your vehicle. These fit 2019 - 2024 Foresters and 2018 - 2024 Crosstreks, so they won't fit the 2018 Forester you contacted Customer Service about. That's one of the downsides of an extremely vehicle-specific seat cover; there isn't really a close enough option. The cover will fit really poorly on a seat that it's not designed for. I see that it's already been returned and refunded, but I wanted to pop this explanation in here. I hope it's helpful. I'm sorry we didn't have a cover for your car.

“I'm giving these seat covers three out of five stars because they look okay but not great and were very difficult to install. The reason they look okay but not great is because the seat back of one of the seat covers is not flush against the seat. This is probably the result of my installation, which I found very difficult and took me several hours to complete. Before I purchased the seat covers I reviewed the installation expectations on their learning center page. Sheldon explains in the video that if I watch the installation video and follow the installation instructions then my installation should go smoother. I downloaded and reviewed the installation guide before I even ordered the seat covers. The first page of the install guide has a YouTube link to the install video however the link is broken. I contacted TigerTough about this and they informed me that there is no install video for my seat covers. They sent me an install video for a "similar" vehicle. While doing the installation, I found that the install guide is out of date as it has the old method for tying the strings together behind the seat. Other items in the guide were unclear and I placed several calls to TigerTough for help. Overall, I think the installation would have gone better if I started with the passenger seat, which has less wires underneath. This should be added to the install guide but seeing as it's already out of date, this probably won't happen for some time if at all.”
