“I somehow receiced twice the number of boxes , but cannot return unless i pay for courier . As its by weight it would cost too much. Now they are on the wall , it transpires there is a colour disparity , some tiles are nearer grey than matt white. Disappointed as there is now nothing i can do unless i pay someone to re tile”

“Bought these because the ones I chose from another company were out of stock. Didn't bother to request a sample. I'm a bit disappointed as they are not the same quality as my first choice....Not all white tiles are the same and my fault for not getting a sample first. I hope they will be ok once I have installed them.
Tiles mountain need to work on their packaging....too many broken and chipped tiles because of poor packing procedures.”
