“Tiles look fantastic, the shimmer catches the light beautifully. Some of the tiles arrived faulty, tile mountain were extremely helpful and replaced faulty tiles.

“The tiles are nice, no complaints there, but you should not order them if you would be unable to carry each individual pack of 5 or 6 tiles (maybe 20kg each pack?) yourself from the roadside. Maybe I'm expecting too much but the delivery van only had a manual pallet truck so was unable to bring the pallet of tiles up my drive to the garage. Contrast this with the delivery of laminate flooring I took the next day from a different supplier where they had a motorised pallet truck which easily did the job.”
