Boards down first onto wooden sub floor to hopefully avoid cracks in the future. Went to the Cheltenham store several times when buying everything needed. The staff were friendly and able to offer good advice about installation”
“Quality is great. They have a distressed look to them but when using the tile adhesive/grout, the film that was left has stained the tiles and will not scrub off even with chemicals. It is as if the tile surface is slightly porous. Although because of the distressed design it is only slightly noticeable. The grout line in the tiles is 2mm but we used 3mm spacers due to the tiles being used on the floor. It still looks great and is hardly noticeable. I would buy them again but I’d make sure there is no grout residue left on them overnight.”
