“Tiles were good, customer service was good, price was good just a shame they were delivered 4 days too late! I was assured they would be delivered next day but this didn't happen! It was probably the fault of DPD (not the first time) but companies have to realise the problems & additional cost to the customer caused when deliveries late, in this case VERY LATE. They did refund the transport cost, which is commendable but it didn't even come close to covering my add'l costs or loss of reputation. Change contractor DPD are rubbish.”
