“Nice colour and slight variation in colour looks good. But there is an extremely annoying glue or something on the face of every single tile. 840 tiles to manually clean is likely to take me nearly as long as fitting them!”
This "glue" is actually transit wax, which is applied to the front of the tiles to protect them during transit. This should drop off during installation, or can be removed with a damp cloth.

“Moved house recently. We fitted a new kitchen and purchased tiles from Tile Mountain. I completed the order on their website, I added our current address and paid with Google pay. When the tiles were delivered, they came to our old address, I was perplexed because I added our new address. I discovered that when paying with Google pay, it uses the address on Google pay not on the order. The tiles were delivered about a mile away, not far. I rang up immediately, literally a few minutes after the tiles were delivered to the wrong address. I told them what happened and could they drive down the road to the new address. They would not and said the tiles would be returned to the depot and I would receive a refund in about a week. So I had to order the tiles again! Such a bad experience and a complete lack of empathy, common sense and basic customer service. Very poor!”
I am very sorry to see that this has happened and for the frustration and inconvenience that this has caused.
When paying using Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will be prompted by your device to select your delivery address. This is because these payment methods use the address they have for you to secure the payment, and this will over-ride any address you have previously input. The address used will also show on your order confirmation. I am sorry, however, if you were unaware of this at the time.
We are unable to amend delivery addresses on orders for payment protection reasons, but again, I am very sorry if this has caused you any problems.
