“All the tiles were broken when received and took 4 days to get new stock and further two days for them to take back broken tiles. I was very unhappy with the service as there was no care when they put the tiles on the pallet.”
“Initial delivery the tiles were smashed to bits (while in transit)because they hadn't been strapped together during packaging. Had to call and arrange for replacements which put my project behind schedule by a day. Second batch were packed the right way and arrived undamaged the next day.”
