“Ordered the tiles on a Friday evening, and was offered multiple delivery options.
Arrived when they said they would and delivered to kerbside, again, as they said they would be.
I have not installed the tiles yet, but I know exactly what I have, which is a good, heavy duty quality tiles, exactly as described.

“These tiles looked o.k. when installed, but as soon as we wiped them the underside hatch pattern showed through. I am hoping if we seal them that it may stop this happening, but it is just extra expense for the sealer.
We would not have bought if we had known this was an issue.
Update: 31/10/24
We revisited the store and explained the issue their resolution was to sell us Grimex and a sealer at a slight discount.
If these had not been installed we would have 100% returned them at this point.
We reviewed our purchase decision and looked at the information we had when we bought these and nowhere in the store does it say these tiles are unglazed.
We used the Grimex (that was a waste of time and money), and then sealed them twice as recommended on the sealer instructions, each time waiting the requisit period and delaying the grouting for another 3 days, as we had to wait before the tiles could be wetted.
These tiles are manufactured in the UAE and unlike italian tiles they are not packed with a sliver of packing between each tile. Whether this is the cause of this problem or it is a manufacturing issue I don't know.
What I do know is I will never ever have another tile installed without having wiped it with a wet cloth first. If I had done this I would have seen the problem and returned these tiles immediately.
As for tile Mountain, their resolution was just to sell me more products at a slight discount to fix a problem with the poor quality defective Item they sold me in the first place.
To be honest, I am pretty disappointed with their customer service and will avoid using them in the future.”
