I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with our courier costs.
We use a third-party courier for our deliveries and are governed by their costs. The actual cost of a palletised delivery is around £60 (dependant on the area being delivered to). Any orders weighing more than 15kg have to be sent out on the special delivery service.
We subsidise this cost as much as we can on orders below £299, but we cannot waive the full amount.
Alternatively, we do offer collection from our Stoke on Trent showroom, or from our regional stores.
