“Never again! Through no fault of ours, Tile Mountain duplicated our order. We were charged twice and twice the number of tiles was delivered. We wasted 2 days waiting for collection of the surplus and were let down twice. It's been over 2 weeks and our refund of £605 still hasn't arrived.”
