“Just the product I wanted so order 2 square metres - yes just 2. addes on the recommended for waste. then tile mountain added some more.
2 boxes duly arrived on the promised date and everything looked fine with no sign of damage. Unwrapped them and opened the boxes all appeared fine. UNTIL I started to use them - the first box had 7 broken/badly chipped, all in the middle of the box and all on a corner. The other box had 12 broken/badly chipped. luckily I managed to use half of them in the cutting. I must stress that there was no damage to the packaging surely we are not expected to remove them all from all boxes to inspect them individually??”

But to my horror when I received my delivery of 25 tiles, and yes I took into account 6% for breakages 12/25 all had broken corners.”

“Whilst the cost of the tiles was good, as I only needed a couple of spares, the postage pushes it up to a point where time spent travelling around some merchants would have been as cheap. One tile also arrived with a broken corner.
A fairly useful service but not a replacement for actually seeing what you are buying as colours of tiles differ so much that the images don't give a perfect impression”
