“Great prices and superb service from Tile Mountain. Found an exact match for my existing bathroom tiles so I ordered online. I then realised their Stoke branch is not far from my home do e-mailed and asked if I could pick them up instead and have the delivery charge refunded. I emailed late in the evening. By 9.15 the next morning I received a call from a lovely lady saying if course I could and she would refund the delivery charge straight away. She told me the opening times and made sure I knew how to get there. When collecting the tiles I was seen to by Asif who was very helpful and pleasant. He even loaded them into my car for me . Wish all companies had such fantastic service. The tiles are beautiful. Simple and stylish.”
