“I am very unimpressed with Tile Mountain. I bought too many tiles for my kitchen and bathroom. I tried returning them for a refund. I was told that the company policy is not to offer a refund or exchange. I wasn't told this prior to purchase. Shocking.”

Our returns information can be found at the footer of our website, due to rapid stock turnover we are unable to accept any leftover products or items that fall outside of full order cancellation. “I've used these tiles in 3 bathrooms now. The first is brilliant. The other 2, which have been more recently done do not look as good. The later batches of these large profile tiles are not perfectly flat and have been a headache for the tiler. While they are small variations, for a large profile tile, this has larger impacts.”
We apologise that the tiles did not have the finish expected. If the tiles are purchased from a separate batch it may be that they may vary in shade and size. The tiles can be subject to curvature in line with tiling standards however we would not expect this to affect the installation. We apologise if the free cut sample you ordered did not have a finished edge. As we aim to make full use of all of the tiles when cutting our samples, there will be some that do not have a finished edge. We do also offer the option of a full-sized sample to guarantee you get to see the tile in its entirety if this is required to help make a decision.
“We took ages to decide on what tiles to get and had thought about metro tiles but we didn’t like the look of metro on a full wall - e.g. where the shower is. We opted for the Victorian rectified and are not disappointed! They look very classy and set off the chrome and grey of other features in the bathroom. They are glossy (in a good way!) and reflect the light making our tiny bathroom look quite big. Really pleased with our purchase. Hint: get a couple more boxes than you think you need to allow for cuts. The tiles are big so there is more waste than you realise.”
“The tiles were lovely and look great in the bathroom. The issue was that we had to order extra due to being short. The tiles that came 2 were broken so my husband had to travel all the way from Birmingham to stoke to fetch them having to pay for more tiles and petrol money on top of the extra tiles we had purchased and the delivery it cost”
