“Wasn't happy with the tiles the picture should white tiles it was a bit deceiving.
I asked to send these back but they said I would have to pay for the delivery. Not to happy considering it would cost me more to send them back.”

We do our best to ensure our online images are as accurate as possible, but differences in screen settings, lighting, and surrounding environments can sometimes affect how a colour appears. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product looks different in person, and we do offer a sample service so that customers can check the suitability of a tile prior to placing a full order.
As the tiles have now been installed, we're unfortunately unable to accept a return, in line with our returns policy. “We originally ordered some samples all of which came a bit damaged, but not too much of an issue for samples of course (I imagine some people would complain aimlessly). After we picked one then ordered the wrong one stupidly, however we were pleasantly happy with the ones we did order despite.ordering way too many out of fear of batch number issues however they are now fitted and fully happy with these”
