“We're really pleased with the tiles and the service from Tile Mountain. Our professional tiler was also impressed with them and with the price we paid. All our projects are now complete but we'd heartily recommended TM to friends and family. Excellent.”
“The tiles were a good price and arrived in good condition, well packed. The delivery company were complete idiots and delivered to the wrong house despite insisting it was delivered to me! Tile Mountain rightly took my side and cancelled the order and then re-booked the entire order which was delivered to my house, thank you. A week later a neighbour 50 yards down the road came and asked if I knew anything about a load of tiles that had been left on his property!!”
“Ordered a sample which didn't turn up, another one was sent which I have also not received. It was to a business address so in wandering if my name and company name wasn't stated on the postage label-though I'd included both in my order.”
“worked out cheaper than laminate even with professional fitting. Used the tiles for the skirting board too, no more painting! All aspects of the buying experience were easy and uncomplicated and the tiles delivered to my door on a day of my choosing. Second time I've used them and I have to say I'm still very impressed.”
