“Tiles mis-shaped, corners not square, look terrible after a few put on wall. Tile mountain agree their is a problem, collect and refund for unused ones but expect me to pay for the mis shapes that had to be removed. I will never use this company again, I suggest no one else does either. Very poor service.”
We are sorry to see that there was an issue with your tiles and that this has inconvenienced you. As some of the wall tiles were installed, we were unable to refund these. However, I can see that we have collected and refunded the remainder of the tiles. Please do let us know if there is anything further that we can do to assist.
“Tiles seem to be okay not a great quality and chip quite easily also delivery is useless we have a long gravel driveway and They can only deliver it to the curb as the driver only has a factory type pump truck for screed smooth floors So if you order from here be aware that you will need to be carrying all of your tiles by hand onto your property”

“We bought these tiles to go on the floor in a new extension and we’re so pleased with them. They have a lovely warm tone and feel great under foot. Some tiles were broken on delivery but this is to be expected, Tile Mountain were amazing and sent replacements straight away. Can’t wait to get the skirtings painted, it’ll contrast perfectly with the tiles. Highly recommended.”
“I am not sure how to describe the service. You can order as many samples as you like. These come completely free of charge and are delivered speedily. However, when my 598cm X 598cm slabs were delivered to the curbside, I was horrified. I had to lug them to a safe place, and couldn't move my arm properly for two days. The quality of the tiles is great. Not so sure about the service you get from Tile Mountain.”
“Have just had these laid and they look great with pale grey grout. Don't know how easy they are to keep clean yet as kitchen is still being fitted.
Delivery was very quick and efficient and the delivery driver put them in the garage for us, which was unexpected, but much appreciated. They weigh a 8kg per tile (for the 600 x 600) and come in packs of 5 and so are a pain to move.”
“So pleased with these tiles in the utility room we ordered some more for the conservatory. Shame you don't deliver up the driveway to the door. The pallet system on the road is not ideal for older people. An option to pay extra for this service would be preferable.”
