“Speedy delivery of this glossy product sample. Always a risk that tiles might be damaged in transit but that was not the case here due to the great packaging.”
“Good quality tiles . Sizing was accurate and the shape was consistent . The tile was easy to cut and was easy to clean . The colour is not quite pure white there is a slight blue tinge which could put prospective buyers off but looked fine in my bathroom. They give a clean modern look and are easy to work with.”
“The linear gloss white wall tiles are great, however the service from Tile Mountain was terrible. In the first delivery of tiles almost a quarter of the tiles were broken or damaged, all the cardboard boxes holding the tiles were broken open. I requested a replacement of the tiles but for them to be delivered after we were coming back from holiday, we received notification the day after reporting the tiles that the replacement shipment was on its way, so they were arriving when we were on holiday. When we did get the second shipment again the carboard boxes housing the tiles were all damaged. Now we have to pay for the disposal of broken tiles from the 1st delivery. Recommendation, find a local tile merchant when you can collect them in person and check for damage.”
