“This was the second batch I ordered, and were a different size - by 1.5mm - to the previous 7sqm... meaning grout lines had to be narrower and leading to a disappointing result.”
We are sorry that your most recent tiles were a slightly different size from your original order. Batch variations can offer both sizing and a colour difference and so we would always advise ordering all your tiles together if intended for the same project.
